Learn how to play Prelude Book 1, No. 12 “Minstrels” by Claude Debussy on piano with this Synthesia piano tutorial! Please enjoy!

Untitled Goose Game is a slapstick stealth game where you play as a menacing goose, checking off inconveniencing tasks while Debussy’s *Preludes* play in the background. One of Debussy’s 24 Preludes is from Book 1, Prelude 12, also known as “Minstrels”. The game was originally planned to not have any music in the game until the game’s composer, Dan Golding, worked with the studio when creating the trailer for the game. The trailer featured “Minstrels”, edited in such a way that contributed to the trailer’s immediate viral success. Untitled Goose Game was able to make use of six of Debussy’s Preludes thanks to copyright laws, which dictate that tracks become public domain 70 years after the death of the composer.

Prelude Book 1, No. 12 “Minstrels” is fantastic to play! You can learn it with our Synthesia piano tutorial, or from the sheet music at the top of the description!
