It’s Raining Men is a song by The Weather Girls from their third album, Success (1982). It became a number one hit as a dance track in the US, and saw notable success elsewhere in the world too. It was originally written by Paul Jabara, Cameron Hunt and Paul Schaffer in 1979 and was rejected by Donna Summer, Diana Ross, Cher, and Barbara Streisand. Since its release it has been recorded by Geri Halliwell and RuPaul, among others.
