Ennio Morricone was known to many as one of the greatest film composers to have ever lived. His credits include some of the most influential soundtracks from movies such as The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, The Mission, and Once Upon A Time In America. He scored all of Sergio Leone’s films after A Fistful of Dollars and all of Giuseppe Tornatore’s films since Cinema Paradiso. Among Morricone’s most well-known pieces include The Ecstacy of Gold, Here’s to You, and Gabriel’s Oboe. This tribute to Ennio Morricone is a fitting composition of his, Deborah’s Theme from Once Upon A Time In America, which is a beautiful send-off to this legend of cinematic musical composition. R.I.P. Ennio.
