Learn how to play Rondo Alla Turca by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on piano with this Synthesia piano tutorial! Please enjoy!
Mozart’s Rondo Alla Turca is the third and final movement of his piano sonata no. 11 in A major. It takes the form of a minuet and trio and is a favourite of pianists throughout the world. Unlike many pieces with alternate names, Mozart himself named this rondo “Alla turca”, referring to a “Turkish March”. The style of the piece is an imitation of Turkish Janissary band music, which was popular at the time, and he reused this style in his orchestral works. This fantastic performance will have you smiling from start to finish, so please enjoy our tutorial!
