An amazing song from a traumatizing movie about bunny rabbits.

Learn how to play Bright Eyes by Art Garfunkel, as featured on Watership Down, on piano with this Synthesia piano tutorial! Please enjoy!
Bright Eyes is a song by Mike Batt, originally written for the 1979 version of Watership Down, and performed by Art Garfunkel. It was originally written about death, upon the request of the original director of the film John Hubley. Bright Eyes became very popular in the UK, reaching the number one spot on the UK Singles Chart and remaining at that peak position for six weeks. However, this popularity didn’t translate to the US, where it fell short of the Billboard Hot 100.
This beautiful piano arrangement of Bright Eyes will take you right back into the movie. If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to play Bright Eyes on piano, you can learn from our Synthesia tutorial or from our official Sheet Music Boss sheet music, available at the top of the description!

Lyrics:
Is it a kind of a dream
Floating out on the tide
Following the river of death downstream
Oh, is it a dream?
There’s a fog along the horizon
A strange glow in the sky
And nobody seems to know where it goes
And what does it mean?
Oh, is it a dream?
Bright eyes, burning like fire
Bright eyes, how can you close and fail?
How can the light that burned so brightly
Suddenly burn so pale?
Bright eyes
Is it a kind of a shadow
Reaching into the night
Wandering over the hills unseen
Or is it a dream?
There’s a high wind in the trees
A cold sound in the air
And nobody ever knows when you go
And where do you start?
Oh, into the dark
Bright eyes, burning like fire
Bright eyes, how can you close and fail?
How can the light that burned so brightly
Suddenly burn so pale?
Bright eyes
Bright eyes, burning like fire
Bright eyes, how can you close and fail?
How can the light that burned so brightly
Suddenly burn so pale?
Bright eyes
