Lyrics:
Here comes the bride
All fat and wide
Slipped on a banana peel
And went for a ride

Where did she go?
To Mexico
What did she wear?
Men’s underwear

What if the Wedding March was RUSSIAN?

With a royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle happening, we wanted to make a Mendelssohn Wedding March tutorial, but we know that basically everyone we know would be sick to death of the royal wedding before it even happened.

This tutorial answers the important question: what if the wedding march (for the royal wedding) was Russian instead?

This arrangement of Felix Mendelssohn’s Wedding March would be a great novelty piece to play at an event. If you have a Russian friend getting married, we highly recommend playing this at their wedding! It is upper intermediate level, but intermediate level pianists would be able to attempt this quite fine.

Felix Mendelssohn is well known in the classical canon for his sophisticated and lyrical works. The famous Wedding March originally appeared as incidental music for A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

This solo piano arrangement is written for upper intermediate to advanced level pianists and would be a fantastic arrangement to perform at a concert, or a wedding!
