Somewhere Over the Rainbow is an iconic song by Harold Arlen, popularised by Judy Garland’s performance. The recording by Judy Garland was entered into the NRR (National Recording Registry) by the Library of Congress. It was also ranked number one on the National Endowment for the Arts Songs of the Century List. Israel KamakawiwoÊ»ole “IZ” made a cover version using a ukulele that has become an enormous hit on the internet. IZ made his recording in one take.
