I Want It All is a song by British rock band Queen, from their 1989 album The Miracle. It was written by Brian May and was released as the first single from The Miracle on the 2nd of May 1989. There are multiple versions of this song: a longer version on the album and a shorter version used in the music video and Greatest Hits II compilation. This piano version is a powerful tribute to the original, with guts and kick in the bass end of the piano. It will surely be an excellent song to learn and play at a concert, so start practicing!

We Are The Champions is the classic rock song by the famous band, Queen. Written by lead singer Freddie Mercury, the song is very widely known and an absolute favorite.

Fun fact! Some people recall hearing the lyric “of the world” at the end of We Are The Champions. However it’s not there in the original song! This is known as the Mandela Effect.

Killer Queen is a song by British rock band Queen. It was Queen’s first international hit, reaching number two in the UK and even becoming a US hit. Freddie Mercury wrote Killer Queen for the album Sheet Heart Attack, writing about a high-class call girl. Interestingly, Freddie overdubbed his grand piano sound with an upright, giving it a “jangle piano” sound similar to the instruments used in vaudeville productions.

Don’t Stop Me Now is Queen’s hit song released in 1979 as a single from the album Jazz. It’s an extremely popular song which has been widely covered, and one of the most popular by Queen.

Fun fact! In a 2015 survey by electronics company Alba, Don’t Stop Me Now was most mentioned as people’s favourite uplifting song. It was also voted by Top Gear in 2005 as the “The Greatest Driving Song Ever”.

The Show Must Go On is one of final songs recorded by Freddie Mercury for Queen before his death in 1991. The song is about persevering despite incredibly difficult circumstances.

Brian May, guitarist of Queen, had doubts about Freddie Mercury being able to perform the vocals for this song as he was in very ill health. However Freddie drank vodka and recorded the song.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love is a famous song by Queen. The song is about being in love, as you’d expect! The original song is in the style of Elvis Presley and is a kind of tribute to him.

Fun fact! Freddie Mercury said he composed the song in 5-10 minutes and it only has a few chords because that’s all Freddie could play! He said since he was restricted to those chords and that a good song came from it.
