Firework by Katy Perry ?a self-empowering song from her album Teenage Dream from 2010. Featuring inspirational lyrics, it was an important song for Katy Perry. It reached number one ?on the Billboard Hot 100 and the top 5 on 20 other charts around the world.

Fun fact! Firework is Katy Perry’s favorite song from ?her Teenage Dream album. She tried to make a self-empowerment anthem that wasn’t too cheesy and had a great message. Katy Perry performed the song on the The X Factor in the United Kingdom in 2010 as well as the MTV Europe Music Awards that year in Spain. It was also featured in animated film The Secret Life Of Pets and it was played after Hillary Clinton was given the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016.
