Learn how to play PrĂ©lude Book 1, No. 1 “Danseuses de Delphes” by Claude Debussy on piano with this Synthesia piano tutorial! Please enjoy!

Danseuses de Delphes is the first of 24 preludes in Debussy’s PrĂ©ludes. Danseuses de Delphes comes from Book 1 of the PrĂ©ludes, which contains 12 pieces within. The title of this first prelude from the first book came from the Acanthus Column, where three figures are perched atop an acanthus column near the sanctuary of Pythian Apollo at Delphi. This first prelude is to be played very slowly, with a marking of Lent e grave. The Debussy PrĂ©ludes received renewed viewership in 2019 with the release of Untitled Goose Game, wherein players control a goose and cause havoc in a mischievous fashion. This first prelude is not featured in Untitled Goose Game.

PrĂ©lude Book 1, No. 1 “Danseuses de Delphes” is fantastic to play! You can learn it with our Synthesia piano tutorial, or from our official Sheet Music Boss sheet music at the top of the description!
