The Doctor Who theme music was written by Australian composer Ron Grainer in 1963 for the science fiction program Doctor Who. Since its composition, Grainer’s theme has been reworked and rearranged many times. The music was realised in its electronic form by Delia Derbyshire and Dick Mills, who were important in creating the innovative sound we know and love today. The theme has now been in use for over 50 years to date and is one of the most well-known TV themes ever written. This easy piano arrangements aims to make the theme accessible for most pianists, so that they can play along to their favourite sonic-screwdriver wielding Doctor! Enjoy!
